Vinod is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with 18 years of experience in e-Commerce, Telecom, Software and services sectors. An ex-EY and PWC, he has deep domain expertise in the Risk and Business advisory services, due diligence, regulatory compliance and M&A domains. In his last role as CFO of Jabong, Vinod oversaw the acquisition of Jabong by Flipkart, before joining Ncubate as the head of private investment operations. Vinod leads the entire operational support to Ncubate’s entrepreneur partners.
