About

Will has more than a decade of experience as a technology investor and operator, from the earliest stages of IP development through multi-national expansions. Prior to Imperative, he co-founded a financial risk analytics company serving the insurance and utilities sectors. Will previously ran the US operations at an international leadership and innovation consultancy specialized in serving clients in technical industries. Will led engagements across the Americas and in Europe, closely advising numerous senior management teams across the energy, materials, and enterprise software industries. Will has also managed National Science Foundation technology commercialization grants and served as an independent advisor to numerous early-stage companies. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Carleton College in Political Science.
