About
Bill is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fernbrook Capital Management. Bill has been a growth investor for over 20 years. He also has been a two-time entrepreneur (with one exit), investment banker, lawyer, and accountant. In 2003, Bill co-founded Watch Hill Partners, a New York-based merchant banking firm. After selling Watch Hill to FBR Capital Markets in 2009, Bill co-founded Three Ocean Partners. Across both firms, Bill led their principal investing platforms. Prior to starting Watch Hill, Bill was an M&A attorney in New York and Philadelphia, and a law clerk for United States District Judge Malcolm Muir of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
