Mr. Ziegler is a Partner of White Owl Capital Partners LLC and also counsel to the law firm of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Prior to co-founding White Owl, Mr. Ziegler was a partner of Satterlee Stephens Burke & Burke LLP. Mr. Ziegler has practiced corporate, banking and securities law since 1968. He has been a private investor for over 30 years, leading investments in the energy and technology sectors. Mr. Ziegler was the lead investor and former Vice Chairman of Falcon Drilling Company, Inc. (acquired by Transocean Inc for$8.8 billion), Grey Wolf Inc., (acquired by Precision Drilling for $1.7 billion) and Flotek Industries Inc. (NYSE: FTK). He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Windstream Energy LLC, Somerset Gas Transmission Company, Vesta Corporation, iForce Group Limited, an e-fulfillment company, Tablogix International Ltd. and Shera International Ltd.
