Engineer, computer science graduate, serial entrepreneur, and seasoned investor, Xavier co-founded his first company at just 19 — launching WCube alongside Thierry, which was later acquired by Publicis Groupe. He then moved to Asia, working with major US and Asian players such as Take2 Interactive, Tencent, and DeNA. Over the past 25 years, Xavier has led multiple successful exits and supported startups across Paris, Singapore, and San Francisco. As an active investor and advisor, he opened offices in Singapore and Berlin and played a key leadership role at Via ID, the investment arm of the Norauto / Midas group, for four years. In 2015, he co-founded Wind with Thierry, driven by a shared passion for innovation and long-term impact.
