'2021' operates as a social enterprise, insisting on quality control from the source, using traditional methods from Wakayama, Japan, overcoming the difficulties of mountain-area production, and helping to form an 'old plum economic zone' at the place of origin. After 10 years of refining its aging techniques, '2021' has produced its aged old plums.
