About
Our therapeutic candidate, belzupacap sarotalocan (bel-sar), is being developed as a first-line, potentially curative and vision-preserving treatment for early choroidal melanoma, a rare form of ocular cancer for which there are currently no FDA-approved therapies in the primary setting. Building on this foundation, we are advancing early clinical studies of bel-sar in other forms of ocular cancer, including metastases to the choroid and cancers of the ocular surface, with the goal of enabling broad access to bel-sar for patients living with eye cancers.
