Instead of a one-time EMI purchase, BytePe users pay a monthly subscription, get the latest device, and upgrade without friction when the next model launches. The model unlocks premium device demand that EMI can't - lower upfront commitment, no hard credit score dependency, and built-in upgrade cycles that keep customers on platform. Early cohorts show strong retention and willingness-to-pay among aspirational urban consumers aged 22–35 who want flagship hardware without the ownership commitment.
