Cara is a new AI-enabled platform that automates in-home health assessments for health plans to determine aging-in-place risk, starting with fall/safety, behavioral health, and medically tailored meals. It uses multimodal interfaces (voice, chat, app) plus computer vision to scan the home (e.g., bathroom, pantry), identify risks, and automatically generate standardized assessment forms and billable codes for Medicaid/Medicare Advantage plans.
