Based in both Singapore & Shanghai, Carcell is co-founded by industry veterans with work experience across China, Singapore and Boston. Carcell is establishing an integrated R&D and manufacturing center in Shanghai Waigaoqiao, and also has a top-notch R&D team in Singapore. Carcell's two lead platforms are around engineered red blood cells for immuno-modulation, and non-viral gene delivery using lipid nanoparticles.
