Grape Health is Switzerland's first carrier-backed group health MGA, combining fully digital group insurance with health analytics that proactively reduce employer absence costs. Founded in 2021 by ETH Zurich alumni Gregory Inauen and Fabian Mächler, the company has built a fully integrated insurance operating system that connects into 50+ HRIS and payroll platforms—automating claims handling, absence management, and payroll reporting. Beyond coverage, Grape's health analytics layer detects absence patterns and triggers proactive interventions, reducing claims frequency and duration. Headquartered in Zurich, Grape employs 70 FTE.
