The Collective is a vertically integrated operator and developer of Co-Living Assets, founded in 2010. Set out to improve and simplify affordable accommodation for people living in Metropolitan cities. Operations have expanded to New York, Chicago, Miami, Dublin, London, Berlin and Frankfurt, and have secured a pipeline of over 9,500 units.
