Founded in 2021, we are Canada’s first institutionally backed Black-led venture capital firm. Our objective is to make transformational early investments into innovative companies often addressing the unmet needs of diverse communities.

We make early and transformational investments in disruptive companies often answering unmet needs of minority communities.
