At the time of the Company’s listing in 2015, Bitcoin was the only meaningful cryptoasset in existence, and it has consistently been regarded by the Board as the most credible reserve asset in the sector. In line with this conviction, the Company has historically retained value from liquidity events and investment returns in Bitcoin within its own treasury.
