Founded in 2006, the founding team emerged from what was the largest semiconductor investment regional fund in Asia-Pacific. Having deeply cultivated semiconductor equity investment for more than twenty years, it has invested several billion US dollars in nearly 180 semiconductor projects, half of which have successfully listed or been sold. Besides investing in dozens of well-known upstream, midstream and downstream semiconductor companies such as TSMC, UMC, MediaTek, Novatek, King Yuan Electronics (KYEC), HeJian, CSMC (China Resources Microelectronics) and Spreadtrum, it has also created outstanding investment results in related technology industries. The team includes both veteran fund managers who were among the first in China to engage in venture capital, and executives from the world's largest wafer fabs and successful entrepreneurs at home and abroad.
