In an era when the growth of existing industries has stalled and Korea's economy urgently needs a breakthrough, I wanted to create a venture capital firm that would discover entrepreneurs with innovative ideas and dreams and help them realize those dreams.\n\nFor a venture capital investment professional, it is very important not only to look at short-term results but also to view industries from a long-term perspective and to continually research and strive to identify the core technologies that will be needed.\n\nSo I wanted to create a culture in which, with rest and leisure, we can ponder new ideas and invest from a more long-term perspective.\n\nI believe a venture capital firm is a company that acts as a catalyst for changing the world through its investment activities.\n\nTo build an investment firm that puts these dreams into practice, I founded DSC Investment, with meaning packed into the initials of Dream (꿈), Shelter (쉼) and Charity (나눔).Source (opens in a new tab)
