The opportunity in national security is broader and more urgent than most investors recognize. This is not about one weapons system or one procurement cycle. America's industrial infrastructure and capabilities are in the midst of a generational wave of modernization and revitalization. Capital in this sector often chases tangible systems. Fulcrum focuses on what sits upstream and downstream of those systems, like the manufacturing and supply chain technologies that expand capacity and bring unit costs down, or the data lifecycle tools that make these systems effective in the most critical moments. We invest in defense, dual-use, and defense-enabling companies working across critical technologies sectors including AI and autonomy, cyber, data, energy, advanced manufacturing, and supply chain productivity. These categories are not secondary to the defense opportunity. For Fulcrum, they are the defense opportunity.
