- You have launched your startup, and have initial traction in core metrics (i.e. month-over-month growth in revenue, users, etc.) You are an African startup (based in Africa or focused on Africa) Your business is a tech or tech-enabled startup You are focused on a pan African or international problem At least one founder is technical Founders have known each other for 6 months or more You are focused on a Pan-African problem You have a business model that can be explained in 30 seconds or less You have a team with the relevant background given the problem you’re trying to solve
