About
JFFVentures invests in early-stage technology companies building solutions for low- and middle-wage workers and learners at risk of being left behind by the changing (AI-driven) nature of work, across education technology, workforce technology, HR technology, and wraparound support (e.g. childcare, transportation, healthcare, financial access). It is strategically aligned with the national nonprofit Jobs for the Future (JFF), giving portfolio companies access to JFF's 40 years of education/workforce networks and a Corporate Innovation Council of F1000 leaders. Its current fund, Economic Mobility Fund I, reached final close in 2026, following an earlier Pilot Fund and the 2017-founded Employment Technology Fund.
