- Invest in new age businesses which create useful innovation. Target sectors and businesses that have a larger social impact while creating productive value in markets and societies. Be fair to both investors and businesses through arrangements that are mutually beneficial. No investment in predominantly fixed-interest debt based capital structures, which increases investment risk owing to the cyclical nature of the economy. No investment in businesses involved in alcohol, gambling, or any other form of socially exploitative business. - Zealous entrepreneurs who will stop at nothing to achieve their vision and goals, while being uncompromising on ethics, with values in line with the MJV value system and transparency in business operations and financials For Equity: Businesses with track record of at least 2 years, past seed / angel funding phases and currently in Series A / Pre-Series A stage and seeking growth capital to expand into different geographies, customer segments and/or products/ services
