Eligibility: At this time, we primarily invest in companies where the core team is physically located in the US and Canada and which are targetting those markets as primary customer markets. We will also look at enterprise infrastructure (mostly DevOps), developer tools, and data and analytics companies in Israel and Europe. In the latter cases, those companies have a Delaware C-Corp structure or parent that we invest into or are open to creating that structure.
