江苏新潮创新投资集团有限公司 (Jiangsu Xinchao Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd.; abbreviated as "新潮创投集团" (Xinchao Venture Capital Group); formerly 江苏新潮科技集团有限公司 (Jiangsu Xinchao Technology Group Co., Ltd.)) has been deeply rooted in the semiconductor industry for more than thirty years. It is a founding shareholder of 长电科技 (JCET, SH600584), which was once among the world's top three semiconductor packaging and testing companies (in 2016). From the founding of JCET in 2000 until its exit in 2019, it was the actual controller of JCET for nearly twenty years.
